Kevin and the team at K&M Painting were a pleasure to work with on our large scale painting project. Kevin was professional and detail oriented from his initial estimate to the finished product. He and his team worked diligently to prep and paint all of our fences, decks, doors and trim for a 32-unit condominium complex. Everyone working on the site was courteous and accommodating to all of the home-owners as well as the property manager. We hired K&M painting to paint the entire exterior of our cedar-sided home this fall. The house had not been painted for approx 10 years and was suffering from severe fading and sun damage. When Kevin came to our home to do the estimate he was incredibly informative and thorough and gave us much to think about and some excellent suggestions regarding colors, trim, etc. He also offered us a very competitive price. He recommended a certain brand of exterior solid body stain and we chose our colors. When Kevin and his crew arrived to do the job, they were incredibly professional and did an amazing job (and so quickly), painting our entire 3-story home by hand! The detail work was beyond precise (not a drop of paint on any of our stone work or decks) and everything looked perfect. We could not be happier! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting.
